Every school gets a monthly AI allowance sized by its cohort, measured in AI credits — weighted so heavy work costs more credits and everyday use costs none. The principle is simple: a school that uses more, pays more — through tier upgrades and top-ups, never a surprise bill. If you reach your allowance, AI drafting pauses gracefully until the month resets — and top-up packs or upgrades are always available.

Allowances reset monthly and don't roll over. Reaching an allowance pauses AI drafting only — records, registers and safeguarding are never AI-gated. Trust allowances and top-ups are per school.
